Journaling is a way to capture ideas and keep my dreams alive. It motivates you to put them in motion, helping you see clearly through your subconscious mind making your dream achievable.

1. It keeps you in a state of gratefulness. As you build a better future, you stay thankful through the current situations.

2. It helps you notice and understand your feelings.

3. It helps chart what works. Getting your ideas, successes and even failures on paper empowers you to backtrack to see what’s working and what’s not.

4. It keeps track of your past victories. What have you done well? On occasion, you should take a minute to celebrate those times and write when and where you have excelled in life.

5. Clarify Thoughts: Aids you in refining your thoughts so you can express them more clearly, verbally and in writing.

10. Ask Questions: Allows you to ask questions, to some of which you didn’t get answers immediately.

4. How does science prove the benefits of using paper and pen?
Science shows that handwriting can benefit our minds in a number of ways.

1. It has a calming effect. Writing a calming sentence is a form of Graphotherapy, says Seifer. Jotting down a sentence like, "I will be more peaceful" at least 20 times per day can actually have an impact, especially on those with attention deficit disorder. "This actually calms the person down and retrains the brain," says Seifer.

2. Writing about feelings improves mood and gives a sense of well-being—putting pen to a page helps flesh thoughts out in an orderly manner, leading to burdens feeling lighter.

3. Some studies show that writing about being grateful, especially before bed, can help improve sleep, which leads to better classroom performance as well as a sense of well-being.

4. The act of writing itself reduces stress, which helps improve focus and attention.

5. Coordinate the left brain and right brain: Writing something in cursive, that beautiful archaic form can coordinate the left brain and right brain. How deeply you use each part of the brain varies from person to person (though, we all use both parts).

6. Boost cognitive skills: For young children, writing by hand is an imperative tool in improving cognitive skills. For example, children learning how to write letters or shapes benefit more when writing out by hand, instead of learning via technology.

7. Improve memory: Many psychologists believe that writing something by hand has a longer-lasting effect on memory. This works for both adults and kids.

8. Use more of your brain: One of the main reasons handwriting benefits your brain in so many ways is the fact that you're using more of it. The linked regions of the brain for reading are activated while writing by hand, but not while typing or texting. "One key difference is movement. That involves the motor cortex of the brain, so...you are using more of the brain than when you simply type." says Seifer.

9. One of the most effective ways to study and retain new information is to rewrite your notes by hand.

10. Helps in being focused and prevents distractions.

11. Writing longhand is a workout. No, not necessarily for your wrist, but for your brain. According to The Wall Street Journal, some physicians claim that the act of writing engages your motor skills, memory and more.

5. Why is seasonal focus important?
The journals and planners are designed to be seasonal focused (Year resolutions is overrated)

The year has been broken down into seasons to make it easier in attaining your goals.

At different season, you tend to have different moods and feelings, your surrounding changes. Having your year goal or long term goals broken down into small bits helps you see your goals clearly and they feel achievable.

Being focused helps avoid procrastination, improves concentration, helps take the right decisions and at the end of each season you are able to easily reflect back on your achievements and be better for the next season.

6. How do I get most out of the Journals & Planners?
1. Always open, always with you.

2. Create space for inspiration.

3. Slow down to speed up: Set aside the time each day, week — at the beginning or the end — to plan ahead with your diary. The paper offers you the chance to sit, plan and prepare; to slow down before you have to speed up.

4. Make your diary work for you: Digital apps and calendars can be handy tools (if they’re all synced correctly and reminders are correctly set). But paper planners work because they are flexible — plus they won’t crash or ask you for all your most personal information to work!

Blissfully Happy planner changed my life thank you ssoooooo much!
I struggle with anxiety and depression and have my entire life. I’ve tried so many times to get the right tools to help with my lifelessness but Ill quit after the smallest unhappy moment. I bought the planner with the idea that it might help me turn my life around. I started filling out the questions in the beginning of the planner ( Journey to discover self ) and realized that I had no idea what makes me happy. I couldn’t even remember a time when I was genuine, truly happy. My answers to the questions short and empty, and it made me realise how much this addiction has taken over my life. It’s very early days in my recovery, and it’s been absolutely hideous, but the idea of being able to cross off another day and stay positive, grateful, accomplish little goals and reflect on the good and not the urgly bad moments has just been a blessing. I'm taking it day by day. I just wanted to say thank you for the last few weeks I can truelly say I'm kinda seeing myself being a different person again thank you!

I've been waiting so long for this planner to exist! Thank you!
Luck of purpose, unhappiness and acceptance of negativity has been my life for the last few years up until now, I've used a variety of planners and journals to help me manage it. The Bliss Happiness Planner has been a dream come true for me! One central place to journal, and also plan out my day and life in a way that's focused on the goals and habits that will bring me the most happiness and relief from my anxiety and depression. I carry it with me as much as possible, and it's become my lifeline. I tell everyone who will listen about it, and I'm so happy to see the 'ripples' of joy it creates in their lives, too. :) Thank you so much for creating this product!
