1. We Receive Your Order

First, we process the order 

We do the nitty-gritty, backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print, glue, cut and/or sew to fit your order request.

2. We Happily Craft Your Order

We make every Blissfully Happy product to order, so sometimes this step might take several days (2 to 7 days), depending on volume.

The bottom line: we want to give you the best and make sure everything is just how you want it.

3. We Carefully Pack and Ship Your Order

Finally, we blissful happily package your order with love and send it on its way. Shipment takes 

If your order has shipped and there's no link to a tracking number, this means it shipped via a non-trackable method.

Shipping Note

Shipping time is IN ADDITION to handling time. Packages are typically shipped via USPS, FedEx, Hermes, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of a postal carrier, we are no longer in control. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with via the tracking number. 

For international orders shipped via USPS, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce, once the package leaves US or UK soil, the US or UK carrier does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the packaged delivered.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

As a customer partner you have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please give us a call, chat, or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our Customer Loyalty Team is available 24/7 and more than happy to help!

An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that? is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call or email us for assistance returning the item. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. 

Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Beatific Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. 

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
